\"Went to the Faversham pub to catch the latest gig from CC and DC\'s sound system as part of the Masterpeace (sic) Festival. And top notch it was too. This in spite of being one of four sounds and the least auspiciously placed (in the car park at the back). CC and DC have augmented their sound with another huge speaker (home-made looking Jamaican style) since I last heard them and it adds further really visceral chest pounding bass to an already enviable sound. Also what I like is they play a lot of stuff I\'m unfamiliar with which is always an adventure - you don\'t just want to hear what you already know - but it was cracking stuff and had me, normally the most shy and reticent of corner seekers, dancing in the car park (I might have been leg-clamped otherwise). If you live in or near Leeds, I recommend you should catch this sound. Next appearing at the Highwood Hotel on Saturday 11th September.\"

Rankin\' skankin\' rub-a-dub!! Just had my first taste of DC & CC\'s Lovers night at the Highwood Hotel. And o yes, the beez kneez. Speakin\' of which, my legs ached this morning! What an excellent evening - more more more !!!

Love the reggae night at the Highwood. Missed a few due to work commitments but i\'m definitely there for the next one. So good to be out hearing them tunes again. Brings back some wicked memories of rubbing wallpaper!!

Hi just wanted to let you know that your site has brought back a lottttttt of memories!!!!!even though i live in southern california usa, iam 41 yrs old and used to rave back in the day when i was living and growing up in London!! i am a brit, now living in the usa, but have not forgotten my revival lovers etc.Thanks for the memories!!!! pat.

I\'m a regular at the highwood reggae revival nights, standardly every month tou will see me chillin, with the wifey, having a good time.
This is da real deal! Great tunes, Great atmosphere and cheat drinks. What more can you ask for?
