Booth Space Rules and Application

 

What better way to introduce your product or business to as many people for so little time and money? Last year approximately 35,000 people attended the fair. The Carter County Free Fair has continued to grow each year.  This year I hope will be a great year.  There are events scheduled in both arenas for 4 days of fun and family entertainment. We will be having live music nightly this year. Events will be advertised as they are added. We hope that the fair will continue to grow each year.

We will have a limited number of booths available for the 2009 Carter County Free Fair. Be sure to reserve yours now. Booth spaces are 8 X 8 and be $40 for the 4 days of the fair. If you choose not to set up all days, it will be $15 per day space rental, if there are extra spaces. There will not be a charge for non-profit organizations.  Bring your own tables and chairs. No booths will be allowed to sell food items!!

Booths are open from 9:00 am until 9:00 pm Thursday and Friday and 9:00 am until 7:00 pm Saturday. Wednesday booths should be open from 3:00 pm until 9:00 pm. The coliseum will be open for setup on Tuesday, Sept. 8^th  from 3:00 pm until 8:00 pm. It will also be open at 7:00 am on Wednesday, Sept. 9^th .  

All vendors WILL REMAIN ON PREMISES UNTIL 7:00 PM on Saturday.

We realize that for some businesses, you may not have enough manpower to keep a booth open for this amount of time. You are welcome to put up a display and product samples for advertisement or you may choose to have your booth manned a few hours each day or evening.  Let me know if I can be of any assistance.

You will be responsible for cleaning your booth area.

 The Carter County Free Fair Board provides security Tuesday through Friday nights; however they are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
