Premiums for HCE are as follows;
1st - $8.00; 2nd - $6.00; 3rd - $4.00
Group booths shall be made up of articles in the clothing, home and food classes.
HCE booths will receive rosettes for first, second and third places.
Food
Division 301
All products must be canned in standard mason jars and sealed with standard lids.
01. 1 pint or ½ pint Salsa
02. 1 pint or ½ pint Relish
03. 9” or 10” homemade Cherry Pie
04. 5 strips of Beef Jerky in a sealed, plastic bag
05. 1 pint or ½ pint Preserves, Jam, Jelly
06. 1 loaf quick Bread, standard dimensions 9 ¼” x 5 ¼” x 3” in self-sealing plastic bag
07. 6 Oatmeal Cookies (may add raisins, nuts, etc.) on a plain white disposable plate, in self-sealing plastic bag
Food Exhibit shall consist of 5 of the 7 as specified above.
A group award shall be given as follows: 1st - $8.00; 2nd - $6.00; 3rd - $4.00
Clothing
Division 302
01. Ready-made, button-up Shirt (any color, fabric, or sleeve length) decorated in any manner
02. Caftan/Muumuu – constructed, any fabric
03. Boy’s or Girl’s Garment – size 1 – 6X
04. Constructed
05. Constructed Apron to reflect the Oklahoma Centennial
06. Adult Denim Jacket (purchased or made) decorated in any manner

02. Wrapped & decorated Patriotic Box
03. Patriotic Table Setting (on a place mat)
04. Craft item – Patriotic Centerpiece – any size
05. Table Runner, 45” – 90” long, width optional
06. Quilt – pieced or appliquéd, hand-quilted – minimum 45” x 60”, or larger
The Home Exhibit shall consist of 4 of the 6 articles specified as above.
