for HCE are as follows;
1st - $8.00; 2nd - $6.00; 3rd - $4.00
Group booths shall be made up of articles in
the clothing, home and food classes.
HCE booths will receive rosettes for first,
second and third places.

All products must be canned in standard
mason jars and sealed with standard lids.
01. 1 pint or 1/2 pint Salsa
02. 1 pint or 1/2 pint Relish
03. 9" or 10" homemade Pecan Pie (must leave
entire pie)
04. 6 pieces, 1 1/2" square, chocolate fudge with
nuts, on plain white disposable plate, I self-sealing plastic bag
05. 1 pint or 1/2 pint Preserves, Jam, Jelly
06. 1 loaf Pumpkin quick Bread, standard
dimensions 9 " x 5 " x 3" in self-sealing plastic bag
07. 6 Oatmeal Cookies w/ Raisins & nuts on
a plain white disposable plate, in self-sealing plastic bag
Food Exhibit shall consist of

05. Frame for 8 x 10 picture, decorated in any
manner, without a picture
06. "Free-Motion", machine-quilted wall
hanging, no smaller than 36" and no larger than 42" (must have tabs/sleeve for
hanging)
