          Center for Culture and Development Research (CCDR)

 

Center for Culture and Development Research (CCDR) is an independent, non-government and non-profitable research institute which was established in 2003. CCDR is devoted to promote intensive research, publication, academic seminars, and intellectual collaboration as well as to take initiatives for public involvement in scholarship building. CCDR intends to recognize and testify mass people’s perception about society, culture and development for capacity building & capitalizing policy framework. It works encountering any kind of western economic, political or intellectual hegemony upon non-western and oriental society & state in the name of science and paradigms. CCDR provides assistance & co-operation in order to build South Asian scholarship through in-depth and intensive research in interdisciplinary perspective. It encourages any kind of academic & research collaboration to achieve the mutual objectives in South Asian Scholarship building. 

Number of young, promising and committed scholars from different disciplines and various professions gathered together to establish CCDR aiming to contribute in academia & research arena to build up South Asian Scholarship. Bearing this spirit, CCDR initiates to publish a bi-annual journal entitled 'South Asian Scholarship'. CCDR was established with three fundamental objectives such as advance research, publication and academic collaboration. Now, it intends to extend its objectives working on society, culture and development issues in different parts of the world. It also welcomes any kind of academic & research collaboration with any organization in similar interest.
