Centro Communitario Agua Viva (which is it's full name) currently has a small support group in Wales, which seeks to co-ordinate, organise, support and provide information for and about Danny, Sandra and Lucas.
The Support group wish to pass on their grateful thanks and appreciation to Tony Hall, who is one of the original Support group team. Tony has been a tremendous asset and blessing to the work of Agua Viva and will be sorely missed by us all. We pray God's blessing upon Him and Jenny his wife as they seek to serve God in new areas of service. Also I am standing down as the Administrator after over ten years of service. It has been real blessing being part of this ministry. I will continue to work on the website, and be part of the support group.
At the same time, we welcome Danny's Son, David O'Brien who is our new treasurer, and taking over from Jon Hill as Administrator is Rev Ken Iveson. Plus Mrs Janice Jackson as our Newsletter Editor.
Thanks to all our supporters who have prayed, financed and cared for the ministry of Agua Viva in 2007.
The support group members are currently:-
Pastor Gurwin Marshallsea - Chairman
David O'Brien - Treasurer
Mr David Townsend - Itinerant organiser

Mr David Townsend
I worked in the chemical industry for 30 years as process operator and industrial fireman and retired in 2000.
My wife Caralynne [Lynne] and myself have been married for 41years we have two children and three grandchildren.
I am a deacon of Mount Pleasant Baptist Church Barry.
Although I had known Danny’s son David for many years, he is a friend of our son, it was not until after I retired in 2000 that I met Danny, Having spoken to him I prayerfully sort the Lord to see if I could help the work of AguAvivA.
In 2004 I went out to
Mr Jon Hill
I currently work for the Welsh Ambulance Service and have been a Christian for a number of years. I am married with one lovely Son.
I also serve in my local Baptist Church on the youth team, and have recently stepped down from Church leadership.
I first became involved with Danny during 1997 when the support group came into being. Over the years I have had the priviledge of seeing the ministry grow from strength to strength. I have also witnessed great faithfulness from Danny Sandra and Lucas during some difficult times. As a result of that faithfulness to God, he has in turn blessed the ministry in so many ways.

Rev Ken Iveson
Since Jan 2002 I have been the Pastor of Mount Pleasant Baptist Church in Cadoxton, Barry. This is where Danny O’Brien was saved and baptised and the church family love him and highly regard him, Sandra and Lucas as honorary members. I served in this church as a student Pastor for the summer of 1982 and received a similar sense of God’s calling on my life there as Danny did too.
My wife Betty and I had a vision from the Lord which was shared with others in 1982 to set up the charity known as Hebron Hall Christian Centre. I was a trustee and the director of development for 25 years and retired last year from the board. Therefore, like Danny I have experienced the struggles of developing a grass roots ministry of Christian service for the Lord Jesus Christ. Though not in the front line in Hebron Hall these days, we still live at the centre and are committed to its ongoing progress.
For several years now like so many others, we have sought to support Danny and his family in the work of AguAvivA in
What has been accomplished in a relatively short space of time is remarkable, yet there is still much to do in
AguAvivA is a model for Church and as it continues to develop has great potential to transform the society where God has planted it as the Apostle Paul said, “For a great and effective door has opened to me, and there are many adversaries.”
