- 14 years involved in competitive cheerleading

- Former soloist for Les Petits Ballets company in Ottawa
- 1997 Co-ed all-star Ontario Champion
- Cheered for Queens University 1997-2001
- 2nd in canada twice during my time there
- 7 Years experience judging, level 2 ontario judge
- BCCA Judging commitee member-commited to training and selecting judges for BC
- Choreography and skills clinics done for various university and high school teams
- 2004-2005 teacher coach of Port Moody Cheer and Dance-Ran 2 Cheer teams and Dance teams
- Coach-Port Moody Cheer 2004-2005
- USA national champs in performance cheer
- 2nd in small co-ed show cheer
- Canadian National Champs in Lvl 3 Small Co-ed
- Coach 2004-2005 SFU Red team
- 7th place at canadian national
- Best of the west champs 2005
- Current coach of Vancouver All-Stars Open Elite All-girl team ( inaugural year)
- Awared "most collegiate' award at PCA summer training camp.
- Currently Head Coach of Dr. Charles Best Cheer
Jessica Gomes
- Gymnast of 16 years
- Member of Gymnastics Team B.C.
- Competed at Western and National Competitions
- Allstar Athlete of 5 years
- Won several state competitions, as well as competed in Canadian Nationals.
Oliver Podwysocki
- In 2nd year University, Currently on SFU Red Cheerleading Team.
- Coached Vancouver All-Stars Pee-Wee's Spring Team 2003/2004.
- Coached Port Moody Middle School Cheer Team 2003/2004.
