I AM CURRENTLY MINIMIZING MY NUMBERS OF BREEDING STOCK. I would like to get down to just a few lines/colors and so some of my breeding stock is available. Please see the 'rats' pages for individual info. For mice, I plan on only keeping some black variegateds, lilacs, and chocolates - and only in small numbers. All other mice are free, as are some of my rats. I do not sell live feeders, but this is an excellent chance to get some great breeding stock. All rats are friendly and outgoing, most carry some nice color/patterns. :)
Hello, and welcome to Caprice Acres Rodentry, formerly CBE. CBE is simply my abbreviation for my rodentry, now, as I'm reverting back to my farm name which has always been Caprice Acres. My name is Dona Barski, and I currently raise fancy mice and rats. My rats are my main hobby, however. I have several litters per year, with the main goal of producing healthy, friendly pets. I work with many colors, mainly including black, siamese, american blue and russian blue, in many patterns. I hope to concentrate more heavily on blue dilutions. I recently added a dove/lilac doe and a Pearl merle buck and will hopefully be working more extensively with the merling genetics.
