Monsters And Freaks ?? I don't think so !!

What do you think of when you hear the word "Monster" ?? , what about the word "Freak"?
Our search for the definition of the word monster led us to this

Monster: "A creature having a strange or frightening appearance"
"An animal, a plant, or other organism having structural defects or deformities".
Pathology.
"A fetus or an infant that is grotesquely abnormal and usually not viable" .

Freak: "A person or animal that is markedly unusual or deformed ".

Because most people can relate with these definitions, relating our dogs to them will almost always leave a bad taste in people's mouth.

CBB says that in order to give our dogs a chance, these negative names must stop. If you are trying to imply that your dog is huge or big, why not just say that.. Here are some adjectives that describe the word big.. Huge, Large, Massive, Enormous, Gigantic, (Spa) Grande..
We suggest that you use one of them instead of the word "Monster"
Freak : A person or animal that is markedly unusual or deformed

Because most of our new school kennels are highly uneducated and because these very same kennels feel that they have to use negative type names to describe our awesome dogs, our chances of saving them will be slimmer.

We will make this very short.
Please visit some other breeds and see how many of their dogs are considered monster of freaks.
See for yourselves how their dogs are represented.

Since the beginning of time the word Monster has been linked to something or someone scary.
The bad news is that it always will be.
In reality, there is no such thing as a "Nice Monster" and that is how most people will view it .
We feel that people who call their dogs Monsters usually do not have to look too far to find the true 'Monster" or "Freak"..
