FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE UNLESS FOR SOME UNFORSEEN REASON WE ARE
UNABLE TO PROVIDE YOU WITH THE CAT/KITTEN YOU CHOOSE. PURCHASER
MUST PAY ALL SHIPPING COSTS AND ASSOCIATED VETERINARIAN FEES IF
APPLICABLE.

This kitten/cat is guaranteed healthy upon selling. Purchaser is advised to take this
kitten/cat to a vet (at the purchaser’s expense) for examination within 72 hours of
receiving kitten/cat. If this kitten/cat is found by the veterinarian to be unfit for
purchase due to illness or presence of contagious or infectious disease Buyer
may return the kitten/cat for a full refund. If within one year a veterinarian certifies
the existence of a hereditary (non contagious) disease, the Buyer may return said
kitten/cat for a similar kitten of equal value when one becomes available; or may at
the Buyers option, keep the original kitten and receive another similar kitten when
one becomes available. Seller will not assume liability for the cost of veterinary
examinations, diagnostic work, treatment or any other associated expenses.
Expenses, if any, directly or indirectly related to this kitten/cat will be sole
responsibility of Purchaser.
The Purchaser agrees to keep this kitten/cat in a clean and pleasant environment,
with proper nutrition, health care and companionship. Proper veterinary care
will be provided when necessary and all vaccinations be kept up to date. The
cat/kitten will be kept flea and parasite free and proper grooming must be done.
Under no circumstances will this kitten/cat be sold, leased or given to any pet shop,
research laboratory or similar facility. Nor will any offspring of this cat be sold to
any of the above. This cat is sold as an indoor cat and shall never be allowed to
roam freely outside.
Please note: No health guarantees will be provided for a DECLAWED kitten.
Declawing your kitten is not humane and is not recommended.
If kitten has not been altered prior to purchase, purchaser agrees to have any
kitten/cat sold as a PET spayed or neutered by the age of 6 months (if said
kitten was not already altered before sale) and not to allow this kitten/cat to
produce offspring. If Seller does not receive proof of Spay/Neuter by the time
kitten reaches 6 months, Seller may take possession of kitten with no refund
of monies paid.
Purchaser agrees that this kitten/cat sold as a BREEDER will be kept and bred
solely by Purchaser to cats owned by the Purchaser only and must not be bred
to cats not owned by Purchaser without written consent of the Seller. Ownership
will not be transferred to another party without prior written consent of Seller.
Breeder cats must NOT BE CAGED but housed in a proper heated facility.
Purchaser agrees to contact seller prior to transfer ownership or other placement
of this kitten/cat. Should the purchaser be found to not provide proper care for
the kitten/cat, kitten/cat must be returned to Seller and no refund of monies paid
will be provided. Seller must be offered first option to take this kitten/cat back at
any time during the life of this kitten/cat if the Buyer finds itself unable to keep
said kitten/cat. If the Seller does not take kitten/cat the Seller will assist in finding
alternate suitable placement.
Seller will not assume liability for the cost of veterinary examinations, diagnostic
work, treatment or any other expenses at any time, for any reason. Expenses,
if any, directly or indirectly related to this kitten/cat will be sole responsibility
of Purchaser.
All parties agree that this contract shall be governed and construed by the
laws of the
action arising under this contract or relating to the sale of this kitten/cat shall
be filed within the jurisdiction of the
