All Kitten / Cat transactions originate and are governed by the laws of South Carolina regardless of delivery location.
Delivery is a option not always given, but always paid for by the purchaser.
Delivery fee is subject to change depending on distance, price of gas, etc.
Shipping from anywhere other than Columbia, SC Met Airport
will also have travel fees for my driving (4 hours each way)
This animal has been purchased as a Pet Breeder Show (circle one) and it cannot be transferred "WHOLE" without CatzR4me Cattery's written consent (ie. cat/kitten must be spayed/neutered prior to transfer if purchased as Pet).
Conditions of spay/neuter incentive for your "Pet":
This kitten must be spayed/neutered by six months of age.
If this cat/kitten is over six months when acquired, then it must be spayed/neutered within two months of purchase.
A veterinarian certificate verifying this cat/kitten has been spayed/neutered must be forwarded to CatzR4me Cattery within seven days of being spayed/neutered, and; a (non digital) picture of this kitten/cat at that age must also be provided for our records.
If sold as show - premier - once these conditions are met, your cat/kitten's registration paper will be sent to you proving the authenticity of your cat/kitten. Note: in most cases - if sold as pet, regardless of quality of kitten, unless otherwise written into contract, the kitten is sold without papers.
If any of these conditions are not respected, CatzR4me Cattery has the right to repossess this cat/kitten and all of its offspring without refund and you must also immediately pay CatzR4me Cattery the "penalty" price identified in this contract for this cat/kitten.
Penalty cost for this cat/kitten: $ 2,000.00
If this animal has been spayed/neutered, ownership CAN be transferred.
Purchaser also agrees:
Under no circumstances will this cat/kitten be sold, leased or given away, or sold to any pet shop, research laboratory or similar facility.
If purchaser can no longer take care of the cat/kitten, purchaser agrees to offer back the cat/kitten to CatzR4me Cattery. No money will be refunded, but if CatzR4me is able to re-sell cat/kitten, CatzR4me may then refund a portion of the amount. This is up to the discretion of CatzR4me.
Although I do not prohibit de-clawing, I highly discourage it.
If this cat/kitten is found to be neglected or mistreated, Purchaser will surrender said cat/kitten to seller, UNCONDITIONALLY
This cat/kitten will be kept indoors and not be allowed to roam freely outside.
This cat/kitten will receive ONLY killed or modified live vaccines
This cat/kitten will not receive the FeLV or FIP vaccines until scientific studies prove them to be safe. Administration of these vaccines is not useful if cat is not allowed outside and/or is not in contact with another positive cat.
Administration of FeLV and/or FIP vaccines will void ALL provisions of guarantee!
!There is no return of the deposit if the purchaser changes his/her mind.
All monies received are NON-REFUNDABLE
Purchaser MUST pick up kitten/cat within 10 days of notification that kitten/cat is ready. Purchaser will be charged $25 per day boarding every day after 10 days and after 30 days, all monies paid will be forfeited and kitten/cat will be re-sold.
The following conditions apply to all kittens sold as "Pet" (if sold for $250 or under there are no guarantees written or implied. We consider this to be an "AS IS" sale) "Breeder" or "Show":
The buyer understands that he/she has 24 hours from the receipt of this cat/kitten to have it vet-checked in order to confirm a good bill-of-health. Cat/kitten must be quarantined until vet checked, and it must be kept away from other animals until your vet has confirmed a good bill of health.
Any necessary blood work must be done within this time and is the responsibility of the buyer.
If within 24 hours this animal is found to be unhealthy, the buyer must IMMEDIATELY contact the breeder and provide a written report from a licensed veterinarian outlining his/her findings. At this time partial refund or replacement will be discussed. If purchaser wishes to have kitten replaced or wishes a partial refund (purchase price paid minus non-refundable deposit) the kitten MUST be returned to breeder (Columbia, South Carolina) within 24 hours of findings at the buyer's expense. If kitten is NOT returned within that time frame, it will be assumed that the buyer has changed his/her mind and there will be NO replacement nor refund of ANY kind.
When purchasing a kitten to be used as breeder, many things can hamper the breedability of the kitten. Undecended testicles - we would replace the kitten if this happens. Proof of neuter and/or returning the kitten/cat at owners expense would be necessary - which method would be at Catzr4me's descretion. Other breeding issues cannot be controlled once the kitten leaves Catzr4me Cattery. Therefore Catzr4me cannot guarantee the breedability of this kitten. Certain instances may be reviewed - please contact me and we will review this on a one to one basis. I always have been and always will try to remain fair. This is and will be at the descretion of Catzr4me.
Should this kitten die within one year as a direct result of a congenital defect present and unknown at time of sale, it will be replaced if an appropriate necropsy is performed by a licensed veterinarian and a veterinary certificate is provided showing proof of the cause of death. A replacement kitten of comparable quality and value, as available, shall be made at the discretion of the Seller.
Under no circumstances is the breeder responsible for veterinarian expenses.
Under no circumstances will the non-refundable deposit be refunded.
Although CatzR4me reserves the right to cancel this contract at any time and refund amount of money received. If cancelled by the purchaser, non-refundable deposit is NOT refundable.
In any case, charges incurred by making payment (ie: Western Union charges, Express mail, etc.) will NEVER be refunded
If kitten is to be replaced, the following apply:
Pet Quality:
We will try to have a replacement immediately, but mother nature does not always comply. We will offer you ASAP a choice of several (up to 4) replacements of similar quality and color.
If you refuse 4 of these, you will then forfeit your right to replacement.
Breeder Quality (If kitten is breeder quality, but the purchaser has paid the pet price, only a pet quality kitten would be offered as replacement):
We will try to offer replacement immediately, but mother nature does not always comply. We will offer you ASAP a choice of several (up to 4) replacements of similar quality and color. We will work with you regarding this and hope to have suitable replacement within one year. We understand that there are certain requirements in your breeding program. If several legitimate replacement offers have been made and you refuse them all after one year, you will forfeit your right to replacement.
If you forfeit your right to replacement there will be NO refunds.
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY
The breeder will never be responsible for the following conditions that are common to the breed:
Misaligned Jaw, Overshot/Undershot Jaw
- This condition is more frequent when the animal is of "peke face or extreme" typeConstipation/Diarrhea - Can be caused by a sudden change of diet, stress or change of environment
We do not guarantee against Ringworm - (it can be caused by stress)
Blocked tear ducts/runny eyes
PKD - most of our cats have been scanned negative - or their parents have been scanned negative. We are in the process of DNA testing all of our breeders. We do not guarantee negative PKD as the testing (scanning) is not 100% accurate.
CatzR4me accepts Cash, cashier's check, Paypal using VISA -NO E-Checks!, Western Union or US money orders only. (NO PERSONAL CHECKS!)
CATZR4ME CATTERY'S LEGAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE CAT/KITTEN PRICE PAID UP TO DATE MINUS THE NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. PLEASE ASK ANY CONTRACT RELATED QUESTIONS PRIOR TO PLACING DEPOSIT.

In certain instances Payment Arrangements are made and the Buyer is asked to come up with a payment schedule that is comfortable for them. That Payment Schedule is part of this contract. If payments are not made in the manner in which agreed, the seller reserves the right to cancel the contract.
2 payments behind immediately cancels contract with no refund to purchaser.
If kitten is under the age of 10 weeks at the time of contract cancellation and is re-sold before the kitten reached 14 weeks, there MAY be a partial refund. If kitten is older than 12 weeks at the time of cancellation or if kitten is not re-sold within a reasonable amount of time, there will be NO refund.
Refund- if any- is up to the discretion of the seller.
