Greetings visitors from near and far! I have based this website on a medical condition that has been a major struggle for me throughout my life. I have lived with Trichotillomania (TTM) since I was 7 years of age. As of August 2003, I learned that my condition has a name and that I am not alone in this fight. My goal in creating this website is to bring awareness to the general population, in hopes that I may educate individuals about TTM. These pages are produced from personal experience and research only. I have not been formally educated nor have I received any degrees on this subject. TTM is the basis of my site, however I have included other experiences that have affected my life along the way. This site is a potpouri of triumph and defeat regarding TTM and many other aspects of my life, hence the name 'Trichotillomania & Beyond.'
