Sew chest area of head, to the top of the dress and apron from behind the bib

Sew back area to top of dress
Place head band around head, crossing over at the top, sew to head
Place neck wrap around neck and sew ends together
Place ribbon around waist for apron tie, or sc one
Add your facial features and accessories any way you like
I used felt for the mouth, cutting a small circle and folding it in half,
I snipped out the centre to form the mouth opening
The frill on the bottom of dress is formed by attaching yarn and
using the same stitch as the apron frill
If you don’t have much in the way of features or accessories,
hunt through your xmas decorations, the colors will match
Finally, tidy up all loose ends
