In classroom management the teacher must manifest characteristics that are essential to uphold quality learning, these are the suggested characteristics that a teacher must have:
1. Have meaningful and adequate class preparation and planning.
2. Demonstrated enthusiasm and sincre interest in the sucbject.
3. Demonstrated the ability to explain lessons in clear and understandable manner.
4. Demonstrated comprehensive knowledge of the subject mater and issues related to it.
5. Encouraged creativity and resourcefulness.
6. Provided stimulating experiences in the course.
7. Encourage independent thinking.
8. Encourage students to do their best.
9. Demonstrated respect for students.
10. Responds to questions to the bestof his ability.
11. manifested a pleasing personality and with good sense of humor.
12. Offered assistance to students with problems related with the course.
13. Attended class regularly and punctually.
14. Provided updated knowledge and informations related to the course.
15. Manifested personal determination towards sensitivity to student's problems.
16. Assignments made were clear, requiring ample time and in harmony with the course objectives.
17. Gave valuable and important course content.
18. Provided class experience that promoted wholesome learning.
19. Provided a stimulating atmosphere that encouraged students to raise questions and suggest alternate solutions to the problems.
20. Emotionally stable and shows good attitude towards professionalism.
