  Hi, my name is Mary Lou Rosien and I am a Catholic Writer.  I have been writing for about 20 years about issues relating to faith and family.  I am the author of Managing Stress with the Help of Your Catholic Faith (OSV Publishing), and I write three columns for OSV.com online. I write a Catechist Column for Amazing Catechists. My work is also in many Catholic Magazines.

    I am a wife, mother of seven children (six still at home).  Several of my kids have learning disorders, ADHD, Anxiety issues and one has Asperger's (a mild form of autism). They are awesome and I learn something new everyday!
