The Chatman Family

We live in Anchorage, Alaska and it is full of beauty and adventure!

Alaska has a lot to offer, and we plan to take it all in.

This picture was taken on our drive to Willow, Alaska in October 2007. Mt. McKinley (also known as Denali "The Great One") is the tall mountain on the right. The Denali National park is 167 miles away from Willow, and the mountain is still a several hour bus ride into the park. This view is rare, as McKinley creates it's own weather, and is often hidden behind clouds. We have been to Willow several times, and this was our first glimpse of the full mountain!
