Catawba Rabbitry

Teddy Bear- Like Hollands in Tort, Black, Blue and Otters-also true breeding otters!

Catawba Rabbitry is no longer in business, HOWEVER, I am happy to reccomend two local breeders who I worked with, and who I am still close friends with.

The closest breeder of holland lop rabbits (and some other breeds like NDs, Hotots, Flemish Giants etc) has a lot of the stock that I actually sold out of. She's a less than 5 minute drive from my home here in southern Indiana County (she's located in westmorland county...we boarder the counties). Her name is Cindy and you can visit her site here www.wabbitworld.com I reccomend her holland lops to ANYONE wanting a quality pet, OR show rabbit. Her stock is getting nicer and nicer with every litter! My jaw drops every new picture of jrs she shows me you won't be disapointed I am sure!

The second closest breeder is almost an hour away I'd say in the county of westmorland as well, in greensburg. She raises Holland Lops and Lionheads, show quality SHOW QUALITY - take my word for it and visit her site! http://home.comcast.net/~everafterrabbitry/index.html that I know of she doesn't get to upate her website too often so please make sure to inquire! Her name is Kristen, and her stock in both breeds is again jaw dropping! :) I doubt you'll be disapointed once you see what she breeds for!

I'd reccomend BOTH rabbitries for quality, price, 4H to opened class showing! These two breeders are good friends of mine and I'd be very happy if you tell them how you found them (through me Niki Seich). I'd like them to know that I'm doing what I can to send business their way as I feel they both diserve it!

If you are interested in Button Or Coturnix Quails please visit MY (yes my) website at http://freewebs.com/quailgal should have button quails available in late Nov 08' or Dec 08' through to all of 09'. Coturnix Quails will be available in the spring. I ship hatching eggs, but all other (chicks and birds) are pick up for now. Prices are cheap and reasonable!

I also am planning a litter of AKC American Cocker Spaniel puppies for spring of 09'. Half of the litter will be merles, in blue, and possibly chocolate. Other colors will include solid black, solid buff, solid chocolate, and possibly red. $350 limited registration with $50 given back at the pups 6th month birthday once you can show me proof from your vet that the puppy has been altered (neutered/spayed). I will consider full registration to approved homes at $450 Full rights. Tails will only be docked by request with $150 of the full price given as deposit once I know my female is pregnant. Otherwise I will accept deposits once puppies are born and are 4 weeks old, but will consider deposits from the pups are born if needed. Can come visit and pick your pup out at 4 weeks old if planning to give half of full deposit then. Cockers with full tails are gorgeous by the way and a docked tail in this breed is really only for show and these pups will be mostly for pet quailty however I do train the parents to flush and retrieve game.

For more information on the quails or the AKC ACS, please email me at monarc23@yahoo.com also any rabbit questions please don't be afraid to email me. I may not be in rabbits anymore, but I still have a wealth of information to share! :)
