EMAIL SCAM

The Cassia County Sheriff's Department has received numerous calls reference an email circulating the web.  There is a fraudulent email being forwarded and we ask for your help to get it stopped.  The email warns about a person with a screen name of ROOSTER having the ability to track your home address if you reply to him.  It states this person is suspect for the death of three women he had contacted through the Internet.  The person who put this email out on the web claims to be from our Sheriff's Department.  However, this is a fraudulent email.  If you receive this email please DO NOT forward this email.  This is a fake email please discard it.
