Registration will be handed to the buyer when returned from UKC, ADBA, ABKC,

They Buyer understands once a deposit is made it is a commitment to

 buy said dog and there for is NON- REFUNDABLE AND WILL

NOT BE REFUNDED. Buyer will forfeit his/her deposit if they should

change their mind, back out, decide the do not want the dog or does not

pay in full and pick the dog up on The day it turns 6 weeks old unless said

dog turns six weeks old on a Sunday then you can not do a pick up on that

day you must do the pick up on Monday I will no longer sell puppies/dogs

after 5 pm If you are not here by 5 pm on said pick up day you will lose

your deposit.. If your choice sex is not born you may transfer you deposit

to next litter due in our yard. Transfers are only good for two litter buyers

will be told of our next two litters due in and you do not get the choice of the

sire and dam. It is hereby agreed by both parties that the following condition

will be met and no other warranties or conditions are expressed or implied.

Seller guarantees that said dog is a pure bred American Pit Bull Terrier,

Offspring of previously mentioned Sire and Dam. The buyer certifies that

he/she is not acting as an agent for another individual in the purchase of this

said dog and will not give nor sell nor use said puppy in any mass producing

kennels Also Known as Puppy mills or use said puppy for any illegal uses or

purposes. The buyer promises to keep said dog in the proper manner by human

laws. If at any time in this dogs life you can not keep it for any reason it is to

be returned to CashvillePitz Yard for no refund or buy back. YOU ARE NOT

ALLOW TO RE-SELL OR GIVE THIS DOG TO ANY ONE BUT, CASHVILLEPITZ                                                                                  

YARD FOR ANY REASON. IF YOU CAN NOT KEEP SAID DOG  

IT IS TO BE RETURNED TO SELLER FOR NO REFUND. This dog has been

bred by us and has been carefully and painstakingly reared by us. The parent

animals were bred with aim to improve the breed and add to it not take away

from this breed. A lot of our time and effort went into this breeding to produce

the best offsprings.

Seller guarantees this dog is free from any communicable diseases as appears to

the eye at the time of sale.

At the expense of the buyer, This dog must be examined by a LICENSED

VETERINARIAN with in 24 hours AFTER PURCHASE. The time limit is

because of those who take dogs it to places where communicable diseases are.

If the LICENSED VETERINARIAN finds any genetic diseases wrong with

said dog in the time limit after purchase said dog can be returned to

CashvillePitz Yard for a dog of the equal value, The choice of the

replacement is to determined by the Seller. You must bring proof of

what the vet said and CashvillePitz Yard hold the right to have their

Veterinarian check said dog out at CashvillePitz Yard’s expanse before

 replacing said puppy.

No other warrants are expressed or implied unless explained by the

Seller below::

This Dog is not to be chained 24/7. This dog is to always have fresh

cold water and clean food, as well as a dog house. Its shots are to be kept

up to date. It must never be used for illegal uses or purpose. If you are

buying a male there is no guarantee his testicles will drop. If you are

buying a stud there is no guarantee he will be a good stud. If you are

buying a female the is no guarantee she will be able to have a litter.

 If you are buying a dog for show there is no guarantee this dog will

win a show or even be able to compete in one. It may not meet

ADBA’s, UKC, ABKC, strict standard. NO DOG WILL BE SOLD FOR ILLEGAL

USES OR PURPOSE.

The buyer releases seller CashvillePitz yard’s Owners and their

estate from any and all damages including but, not limited to,

 destruction of property and /or physical damage to any person,

groups of people and/or other animals.

This contract was made in duplicate.
