General Rules

I only make Neopets-related Graphics. This means I won't make a User Lookup that is *insert-non-Neopet-name-thing-here* themed or anything like that.

You must be specific-the more specific you are, the easier it will be for me to please you. Putting links to images or examples of what you would like will greatly decrease the time it takes for me to make them. An example of non-specific would be "I want something pretty". Specific is "I would like a pink Kougra and Kadoetie themed User Lookup with matching text, shield, avatar table, sidebar link box, and blog".
Don't spam. I will delete your E-Mail immediately if you don't follow the rules. If I haven't E-Mailed you back saying if your request has or has not been accepted, then E-Mail me again in a month.
Dnt typ lyk dis. It hurts my eyes.
Be polite. I do this of my own free will because I like it. If people aren't polite, I may end up not taking requests anymore, which spoils it for everyone.
Use the work I did for you for AT LEAST two weeks after I give it to you. If I find out you don't use them for that period of time, you will be suspended from requesting for two weeks. The second time, a month. The third time, two months. There is NO fourth chance. After that, you can no longer request them. I ALWAYS check the area people say they will be using their stuff in for two weeks.
Don't steal them. You can't add some text and claim it as your own. If you totally redo the image, still link to me as the coder. The first time I catch stealing, you'll be reported and barred for life to requesting graphics. If you do this twice, then I'll add your Username to the Wall of Shame. You've been warned.
Include the place (with a direct link) where you will be using the Graphic or Coding.
Don't request more than one thing at a time. I put hard work into my Graphics, and you putting in more than one request at a time cuts down the time I have to make another person's Graphics. Why should you have two at a time when I can't give the other person theirs since I'm working on yours?

The subject of your request MUST be "Graphics Request" with the exact capitals. You can copy and paste. The quotes are okay to include.

The subject of your request MUST be "Coding Request" with the exact capitals. You can copy and paste. The quotes are okay to include.
Give me the links to where the image(s) are and tell me the colours.
