To apply to be an Affiliate, fill out the requirements and send an E-Mail to cashsgraphics@hotmail.com with "Affiliate Application" as the subject. The following requirements are for being an Affiliate:
Your Banner MUST be 135x40.
Our Banner MUST be on every one of your pages, since we'll be putting yours on each of our pages
Your Site MUST be Neopets-related
You MUST have at least twenty pages to your site, unless it is based on a Neopets Petpage, then it has to be at least four
Include a Link to your Website in your E-Mail
