The Lease Option (also called Rent to Own) has been used for many years as an alternative to renting or an outright sale. The program is very helpful to owners and real estate investors who want to put their rental properties on "auto pilot".
Our Lease Option program is simple. We lease the house from you at an agreed upon price for a one, three, five or seven year period. You give us the option to buy at a fixed price during the term of the lease.

Save Your Home
There are several things that you can do to Save your Home (if you still have time).
1) Pay the Back Payments and Penalties. Lenders will stop the foreclosure if you pay the full amount past due including late fees and other charges. You may be able to borrow money from friends or family or another finance company to make the back payments.
2) Request a Forebearance. Forbearance is a temporary suspension or reduction in payments that can be an option for borrowers having temporary financial difficulty. A forbearance is granted in increments for up to one year. You are responsible for interest and may pay it as it accrues or the unpaid interest is added to your principal balance. At the end of the forebearance period, the lender may create a repayment plan for your loan.
3) Set up a Repayment Plan. If your financial difficulty has resolved and you can resume making payments, your lender can usually create a repayment plan that brings your mortgage current by adding a portion of the past due amount to your current payment each month for a specified period of time.
4) Mortgage Modification. If the lender sees evidence that your financial difficulty is resolving, they may agree to restructure your loan for a longer time period, a higher interest rate, or a lower payment to let you make up the past due amount and make timely payments.
