My current Set up:

First PC

• Nventiv Mach I with Lian Li case
• CPU:AMD 2700@2640Mhz
• Motherboard: Gigabyte 7N400Pro/F-12 bios
• Video card: GeForce FX5200/Vantec Copper BGA Ramsinks/Added TR-2 heatsink
• Ram: 1Gb Samsung 2700
• Drives: A pair of Maxtor 160GB IDE/Raid 0

Second PC

• Aftermarket Modded case
• CPU:Pentium4 2.4C@3.66/SLK-947U/Tornado
• Motherboard: Abit-AI7/ withThermalright NB-1
• Video card: PowerColor 9800SE-softmoded (w/VGA Silencer)/Vantec Copper BGA Ramsinks
• Drives: 1 pair Raid0 160Gb Western Digital - SATA format
• Memory: Mushkin 3200 Level II 2-2-2
• PSU: Antec True Power 480w
  

I borrowed my brother's dremmel and some cutting wheels, and went for it..

I used:

• Tornado 92mm
• Thermalright SLK-947U
• TR2 heatsink (VGA)
• VGA Silencer
• 60mm to 80mm/ 80mm to 92mm adapters
• Chinese plastic soup can and
• Aluminum tape
•  Vantec Copper BGA Ramsinks  
• Lastly painted it all blue

This is what I came up with, please see pictures below:

My temps dropped from 44C low/ 48C high to 39C low / 43C high on the Air cooled system and

I am using the switch in the Mid position 4100 rpms,  If I get it to high temps will stay at 39C idle / 42C high..

The Mach I system is keeping things down in the -32C area.
