Welcome to Casa Buenavista, a luxury holiday home in the hills above
Moraira on the Costa Blanca in Spain
Our holiday villa is available to rent all year round, it offers all the comforts of home,
and more, in a spectacular setting with amazing sea and mountain views.
The villa has 3 bedrooms, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin (2 singles) and the master bedroom
(double aspect-mountain and sea views)- all have fitted wardrobes.
There is also a double bed and a double futon in the family room, so we can sleep up to 10 people comfortably.
We also provide a travel cot, bed rail, toddler safety barrier and booster seat for tinies.
A full bathroom, on the upper level, adjacent to the master bedroom offers a modern
low level WC, hand basin, and bath with shower over.
A large shower room on the lower level offers a double size shower,
modern low level WC and hand basin.
There are two large living areas, one a comfortable lounge/diner on the upper level,
with a full Sky TV package, 32" LCD TV, DVD player,video, video library
and a CD/Tape/Radio player for your enjoyment.
The other indoor living space is a family orientated sitting room on the lower level,
with a TV/Video combo, toys, books and games. (This room contains the futon)
There is a well appointed fitted kitchen (upper level) with all mod cons including
a microwave, dishwasher, fridge, marble work tops, gas hob and electric oven,
toaster, kettle, coffee maker, cutlery, crockery, glasses, cookware, trays etc.
There is also a utility room (lower level) with modern automatic washing machine,
iron and board and drying line. Large fridge freezer, CH/HW Boiler and storage cupboards.
For winter the villa is fully central heated, for summer each room has a fan.
Outside living space is maximised to enable you to enjoy
the beautiful Costa Blanca weather throughout your stay.
From the upper level sitting room, through French doors you can access our
covered naya offering further dining facilities on our typically Spanish, tiled table.
The naya leads to the balcony. Both have spectacular sea views.
From the family room, through French doors you will find the barbeque terrace,
with a Spanish tiled built in barbeque and further dining facilities.
Most importantly,
there is the large private pool with roman steps.
The entrance to the pool terrace is gated and the terrace itself is large enough to accomodate
6 sun loungers, a table and chairs and a shady gazebo along with a pool side shower.
The whole of the pool terrace has an anti-slip tiled surface
and looks down the valley to the sea and across to the mountains.
The pool is one of the larger private pools in the area being 10 metres by 5 metres,
and has the safer Roman steps (no ladders) into the shallow end.
shallow end -1 metre deep ------------------- 2.5 metres deep end.
Below the pool, the landscaped gardens offer a shady terrace away from the pool.

Villa towels (changed weekly)-please BYO beach towels.

Sorry no pets under any circumstances.
No smoking inside the villa- we do provide outside ash trays.
We regret our villa is unsuitable for the infirm or wheelchair users because of the steps.
