CARTOON EMBROIDERY LICENSE AGREEMENT

 

THE CARTOON EMBROIDERY GROUP is providing you a limited license to use the THE CARTOON EMBROIDERY GROUP  Files subject to the terms of this USER LICENSE AGREEMENT. This is a LEGAL AGREEMENT between you and THE CARTOON EMBROIDERY GROUP , for use of the THE CARTOON EMBROIDERY GROUP  Files for which you have paid the license fee.

By purchasing the design(s) you acknowledge that you have read and understand the following terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to the term of this agreement  THE CARTOON EMBROIDERY GROUP  will not grant you this license.

THE CARTOON EMBROIDERY GROUP Files ARE LICENSED, NOT SOLD TO YOU. All THE CARTOON EMBROIDERY GROUP  software is licensed to the original customer for unlimited home embroidery use and limited commercial use only. In LIMITED COMMERCIAL USE we mean you are entitled to sell any number of items embroidered with THE CARTOON EMBROIDERY GROUP  designs in ONE LOCATION ONLY. You can not resell any items with THE CARTOON EMBROIDERY GROUP  designs including, but not limited to Wholesale Companies, Department stores, any Chain stores and Webcatalogs without the written permission of THE CARTOON EMBROIDERY GROUP .  You understand and agree that the owners, THE CARTOON EMBROIDERY GROUP , shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data or other intangible losses (even if the owners have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or the inability to use the product(s) and or service(s) or any misuse of the product(s) and or service(s) in a manner not in accordance with their intended use.
