Good day fellow Carthians.

I would just like to say thanks to all the Carthians in Bangor. Thanks for being able to police yourself with little guidence. I know that some of you still need it every now and again but we all over step the bounds. Sometime just not to the wrong people.

Since i have arrived with in the city the Carthains have almost doubled in numbers. There are now 6 members and 2 on there way of enlightenment. They need to learn that freedom is good and that each voice needs to be heard.

There is much to discuss at the next gathering. I hope that you are all able to be there.
