Yet another enjoyable visit to our Blues Brothers in Albert Rd Orange Hall, after a good 1st half in containing the English, things went to pieces in the 2nd half and the match ended 4-0 to England.

This did not spoil the day in any way, and the Red Hand & Thistle Choir livened up proceedings, all without Uncle Bill and Nobby it has to be said!

Friday 26th November 2004 saw the long-awaited rematch between the Red Hand and Thistle RSC and the LOL 553 Blues Brothers.

The previous tie had resulted in a comfortable win at Pool and Darts for the 553 Boys, however tonight the Thistle boys had a fire in their bellies and revenge was the target.

Right from the off the Red Hand and Thistle shot off into a convincing lead at both games, the match ended with pretty much of a landslide victory and the so-called "cream" turned sour!

Big thanks to all attended, and special thanks to Liz and Christina Watson for the excellent feast!
