7/4/03   Today is finely here our 4th of July cookout!! I'm feeling pretty excited. Phil, Phillip and I are all running around trying to finish up last min. stuff. It's gonna be a hot one today 8:30 in the morning and already hot!! It's probably in the middle to upper 70's heat index is even higher. It's about 11:00 and getting hotter, i'm really wore out I guess from all the heat. I'm feeling very tense. I know its got to be the heat making all us very ill at one another we were juming on each other over nothing at all...........................................................................................................................................................................

 Cindy, Christy 9 and Hannah 6 came around 2:00 to see what they could do to help. Cindy was such a life saver. Thank's Cindy!! ;-) We had been running around since 8:30 this morning non stop. It's almost 2:00 and almost finish thank you God!! I'm feeling very wore out from the heat but got a keep going everybody will be here around 3:00 or 3:30.

7/5/03  Well yesterday and last night was so much fun!!! Everyone had a blast. All that running around was well worth it!! Mama and Lewis just left came to eat leftovers:-) Now it's clean up time. Today i'm feeling O.k., feeling a little sad that it's all over for another year.

7/6/03  Today we just kind a laid around the house being lazy. Feeling kind of bored. We also had some server storms knocked our power out a few times.

7/7/03 - 7/12/03  I'm not feeling good at all this week...................A woman thing :-(

7/13/03  I'm feeling kind of depressed today not sure why??

7/14/03  I'm feeling GREAT!! I started back on my aerobic tapes today :-) It's a miracle how getting back to exercising could make me feel so good about myself.

7/15/03  I'm feeling ok today. We were gone all day today so I didn't get to do my tapes. But as long as I get them in at least 3 times this week i'll be o.k..:-) 

7/16/03  I am so excitied..................I went and weighed today and I have lost 9 pounds!!

                     






Well here it is a year later and I'm still that same fat person I was last year! I've told myself this before and I guess I'll say again: 'I don't want to be 40 and FAT' sooooooo I have one year to at least get half the weight off. I think that's probably the best thing to do is set small goals.

Breakfast: 8:30am..............Vanilla Slimfast

10:00am............................ 1 banana & 1 apple    

Lunch: 1:00pm................... Vanilla Slimfast

2:00pm.............................. 1 banana & 1 apple  

Dinner: 7:00pm.................. Cheesebuger Mac., corn & rolls

4 8oz glasses of water

7/15/03

Breakfast: 9:00..................Vanilla slimfast

Lunch: 1:30....................... Slimjim & Honey roasted peanuts

3:30.................................. Riz crackers
