This agreement,made this______ day of ________ 2008,by between Carolina Bulldogs. and __________________________(Purchaser) regarding the sale of the following English Bulldog puppy/dog: Whelped 00-00-0000 Price $0,000 ($500 non-refundable deposit) Color: unavailable Sex: Male/female Litter Application # unavailable AKC Dam's Registered Name: unavailable AKC registeration AKC Sire's Registered Name: unavailable AKC registration # unavailable Carolina Bulldogs has made every effort to provide you with a healthy puppy. We guarantee this puppy to be purebred and registered with the AKC. We guarantee that all vaccinations and wormings have been given as stated on the vaccination schedule. We encourage the buyer to have this puppy examined by a licensed Veternarian of their choice within 48 hours of taking possession of this puppy. If you take possession of the puppy over a weekend you have until the next buisness day to have your puppy checked by the licensed Veterinarian of you choice. If this puppy is found to have a life threatining hereditary congenital defect at this exam, a replacement puppy of equal value will be given provided that the seller is notified within 24 hours after the exam. This puppy must be returned to the Breeder along with the AKC registration papers within 24 hours, at no expence to the breeder,with a signed document from licensed Veterinarian stating the defect. Also this is subject to a second opionion by a licensed Veterinarian of our choice. The replacement will be subject to availability. We, the breeder, are not responsible for any Veterinarian bills acquired by you,the buyer. This guarantee does not cover what in the bulldog breed is considered normal for instances,: cherry eye,entropian,loose hips,skin allergies(such as demodex),elongated soft palate, small trachea and stenotic nares (collapsed nostrils.),inverted tails,fertility issues,parasitic,fungal or bacterial infection,respiratory infection, luxating patella's etc. Also this guarantee does not include injuries ,fleas,mites,coccidia,giardia or any other intestinal worms/parasites,as they are common in dogs and puppies. Breeder will not be responsible Parvo,Distemper, Kennel cough or Corona virus after 24 hours of this sale,as these are highly contagious diseases and they can be contracted immediately after leaving the Breeder. We the breeder will also not be responsible for death due to heat exhaustion , this breed is very susceptible to heat exhaustion and must be monitored carefully at all times! We will not be responsible for illness or health problems,which is diagnosed after this time period, except those that were stated in this contract We do not guarantee the projected size or color, nor that the buyer will be able to breed or show this animal.(As we have no control over these things) |

Your puppy is guaranteed for 1 year from the date of birth against life threatening congenial defects that can not be surgically corrected, or treated with medication. If within that time a life threatening congenial defect(not including Parvo Virus, Distemper Virus,Heartworm's or any nutritional related disease)is found by a licensed Veterinarian, the Breeder will replace the puppy with another puppy of the same breed,quality,and price.The replacement will be subject to availability of our next available litter. Also subject to second opinion from vet of our choice.The puppy will be replaced and no monies will be refunded. The purchaser must provide,at buyers expense, a written statement from a licensed Veterinarian. We,the breeder, are not responsible for any veterinarian bills acquired by you,the buyer. We will not be responsible for any illness or any health problems, which are diagnosed after the time period. In the unlikely event of this puppy's death in the first year,due to a congenital defect that (can not be surgically corrected or treated with medication),a statement from a licensed Veterinarian confirming such an event and cause is required before any action will be taken by the breeder. (Also subject to our vet opinion). If cause is unknown, an autopsy is required. The Breeder will not be responsible for Veterinary or medical bills incurred. Your puppy has been on vaccination and de-worming schedule here and is up to date and these records will be provided to you. Please take these records to your Veterinarian,as it is very important to continue with these vaccinations and worming's after you get your puppy home. Please don't forget the annual booster after that. We are not responsible for overdose on vaccines given by your Veterinarian due to him/her doubting our records! We also will not be responsible nor will I refund any money or replabe the said English bulldog puppy/dog due to death caused by you veterinarian not knowing about this breeds special needs.(If you need help finding a good veterinarian in you area that is familiar with the bulldog breed, please let me know and I will be glad to refer you to a good one) You, the buyer,agree to insure your puppy's good health and to keep our guarantee in effect by taking good care of the puppy and providing good food, housing and good medical care. Please remember that puppies are babies and they need lots of tender loving care! This English Bulldog dog/puppy is not to be bred to other breeds of dogs to produce mixed breeds. This dog if intended to be used for breeding purposes can only be bred to the same breed as the said English bulldog puppy/dog. If we the breeder/seller finds that this English Bulldog is being bred to produce mixed breed puppies intentionally and the puppies are being sold, the you forfeit your ownership of this puppy/dog and it is to be returned to Carolina bulldogs/Breeder: Kristen Harmon with all papers that were given at time of sale and all health records on the dog, and NO monies will be refunded. Return of the puppy/dog will be at the buyers expense!!! |

Page 3: This contract is valid for the original purchaser that purchased the dog from "Brushy Mountain Frenchies"(breeder/seller). If the dog is transferred to another owner this contract is null and void. The breeder makes no guarantees, expressed or implied,under this contract except as stated above. By signature below. Purchaser acknowledges receipt of a copy of this agreement, and worming/vaccine schedule. We hope that we have helped you to choose the right puppy for you and your family.If for any reason this puppy does not work out for you,or if your life changes such as that you are unable to provide this puppy with a happy home, we require that the dog/puppy be returned to Carolina Bulldogs, with all papers that were provided and time of sale, and all current health information and records on the dog. No monies will be refunded on the dog and return of the dog/puppy will be done at the buyers expense. Carolina Bulldogs are bred with love and devotion and no matter what their age,their welfare is our main concern.
