Potting your VFT

OK, you have just got home your VFT and you want to re-pot it to give it a nice big home.  DO NOT re-pot your VFT it will most probably die, the only time you should ever re-pot a VFT is if you have had it for 2-3 years and it has done A or B

A)  Outgrown its old pot, this will  happen usually only when more plants start to pop up (see reproduction for more information)

B) It's been doing fine for about 3 years, the plant will probably need new soil for more nutrients (the old soil will have little nutrients left)

These are the only times when you should ever re-pot a VFT, as they hate being re-potted. You will also need the correct soil mix which will be quite hard to come by .

Oooops if your plant is like this you have killed it
