CARMA'S MISSION
The Council of Advocates for the Relief from Malware Assimilation, Inc. exists to provide funding, assistance and resources for victims of malware, including legal actions against those person/persons and/or entities that produce, implement, design, and/or disseminate any type of malware; ie: spyware, adware, viruses, trojans or any other course of conduct, designed to be downloaded to or otherwise enter an end user's personal computer, with or without their knowledge, and whose purpose is or has the result of interfering with the end user's control of their computer hardware, software, and/or files.

INFORMATION
At present, this site is for information only. CARMA is still in the formative stages. I have set up this temporary site to provide information when the need arises. This process may take some time as I research the statutes and other requiremnets. I plan to incorporate and apply for tax-exempt status. So far, I've ascertained that I will need someone or a company to handle the finances for the organization. The actual setup is still being worked on and will take some time. The goal is to get this right so as to enable the activites we plan to undertake.

  • At the present time, I have two attornies who have offered their services. Several people have offered what help they can and are able to provide.
  • I had planned to set up an auto-responder to keep these and future interested parties up-to-date on the evolution of this organization. However, I've decided against doing so since I have set up the blog found in the menu on the left.
  • In the future, though, email addresses will be needed for contact. In that event, email addresses will be kept confidential and only used to send the information requested or needed. Neither will any information be used for anything or shared, sold, traded, bartered or otherwise provided to third parties, except where it may be required by law. There will be no advertising or sales emails sent out to anyone
