Mysterious Hybrid Beast Killed in Maine

The internet and the mainstream media are abuzz with news that a real monster has been killed in the small town of Turner, Maine. The creature in question, a monster that has been terrorizing Turner for the last 15 years, was found after being struck by a car while it was chasing a cat across the road. Pictures of the beast began flooding the internet, evening news and every inbox across the globe as everyone asked, ?What is it??

The creature is almost certainly canine but whether it is a feral hybrid or a nightmarish mutation has yet to be determined. The creature?s head distinguishes it from the common house pet. A short snout, short ears and teeth that overlap it?s lips give the animal a sinister appearance. An appearance that many people who have seen the creature first hand describe as ?alien? and ?evil looking?.

The creature is being linked to tales of a monster that has been roaming the wooded areas of Turner for the last 15 years. A monster whose fearsome reputation grew after it was blamed for the deaths of 2 domestic dogs. The Turner beast was certainly a very small blip on the cryptozoology radar. With none of the fame or notoriety of Bigfoot or Nessie, the Turner beast lived in relative obscurity outside the world of Turner, Maine until meeting it?s demise. Now, it is a superstar thanks to the internet and a relatively slow news day.
