Welcome to Caring for Our  Soldiers. Caring for our Soldiers was founded by 13 year old, Conor Jennings of South Boston, MA, who began sending care Packages to SFC Gerald Mahoney, a family friend, who stationed Samarra, Iraq as an advisor to the with the Iraqi Army 7th Battalion,  back in November of  2004. For  Memorial Day  Jennings started a drive at his school, Catholic Memorial, in West Roxbury, MA, of care package items for SFC Mahoney, the drive was so successful that Jennings founded Caring for our Soldiers. We're very happy to say that after 12 months in Iraq SFC Mahoney is now home.  You can help the soldiers on our site by using the How to help page. At caring for our soldiers  we help deployed military personel sending them care packages. We will recieve our 501c(30 staus from the IRS on or about June  1st, 2007 , so on or around that date all past, present and, future donations will be  tax deductions, if you have ANY   questions or comments please email them to me at hum02047@aol.com
