This website is dedicated to bringing attention to the mistakes and oversights of the Louisiana Medical System that ultimately led to the death of the beautiful girl you see here.  Her name was Kayla Noel Thompson and she was only 18 years old.  She was exceptionally intelligent, motivated, loving, and deserving of a bright future. She was my daughter.
