Supplies we Accept as Donations
Supplies are needed, in addition to monetary donations! If you have some of the following, please consider sending them to us at the address on the "Contact Us" page. We will definitely make good use of them.
- Yarn of every color, texture and brand (especially needed right now are "baby" yarns in solid colors; pink, blue and white are in the greatest demand, followed by peach, green, yellow and lavendar)
- All types of fabric
- Ribbon - thin, soft and pliable, especially in "baby" colors
- All sizes of crochet hooks and knitting needles, plus accessories for these crafts
- Supplies for embroidery, quilting, and sewing
- Extra buttons of all types
- Appliques and other embellishments
- Empty boxes from baby wipes
- Lamination materials - we need a machine!
- Pretty baby-themed printer papers
- Pastel card stock
- Lexmark printer cartridges # 50 & 60 (for Z32)
- Mailing envelopes for sending CARE Packages to distant bereaved parents in 5X7 and larger sizes (padded or unpadded). Used envelopes in good condition are welcome.
Handcrafted Items we Accept for Donating
Here is a constantly-changing listing of the items we currently need volunteers to make, to fill the families' needs. If you are making items to go together in a set, it is generally best to pair a patterned gown with a solid blanket or a solid gown with a patterned blanket, for example, so the baby will stand out in any pictures. Also, please make sure to try and keep all items within a set consistent for the same-sized baby. It is imperative that articles of clothing are able to open up enough to get a baby in without damaging the child. Please remember how fragile these babies are, and plan openings and closures accordingly!
- Tiny pillows of different sizes and dimensions
- Sewn gowns for babies ranging from < 1 lb to full-term size
- Sweaters for babies from 3 lbs and up
- Blankets from 12"X12" on up
- Memory boxes for parents to keep small items from the baby (bracelet, etc.)
- Bags - the bigger the better - to present the packaged sets in
- Hats from very tiny to full-term size
- Booties from very tiny to full-term size
- Other articles of clothing, such as onesies, shirt/pants or shorts sets, dresses, etc.
- Small decorated (with knit/crochet or other means) boxes to use as bassinets for presenting the babies to their parents

Craft Items for Donation
We will gladly accept your other handcrafted items as donations, to sell at craft shows and other events for fundraising purposes. Some things that sell well are:
- Doll clothes and accessories, including Barbies
- Afghans and any other blankets not suitable for the angel babies
- Articles of clothing - please only send handmade items, not store- bought! Donate those items to Goodwill, or similar group
- Accessories: scarves, purses, cell phone cozies, etc.
- Small quilted pieces (2' X 2', for example) with pretty patterns

We can find many ways to make use of your items and will appreciate everything we can get. Thank you for your hard work to help us take loving care of the needs of these grieving families.
