OUR CATTERY POLICY

• Carebear kittens comes with a CFA Registration, 2 Sets of Vaccinations by Our Private Vet - F4 (Feline Rhinotracheitis, Calcivirus, Panleukopenia and Clamydia), De-wormed, 4 Generation Breeders Pedigree, A Written Contract, A Written Health Guarantee and Carebear Handbook.
• Carebear kittens are raised underfoot so are used to people, household noises and home surroundings. 
• Carebear kittens can only go to their new homes at 14 weeks old or 16 weeks old if going abroad.
• Carebear kittens are available to a permanent loving indoor homes only and if allowed outside must be under tight supervision and in an enclosed area.
• Carebear Pet & Show Neuter kittens are sold with a neuter/spay aggrement and without a breeding right - which means that the new owner agrees not to use the cat for breeding and agrees to neuter/spay the kitten by the age of 8 months old. They will be registered with CFA as not for breeding. Registration and pedigree are only available after proof of neutering/spaying provided by the new owner's vet. No Exeptions!!
• Carebear Entire Male kittens are sold as Private Stud only and only the female cats registered to the purchaser shall be bred to this cat.
• Carebear new owners agrees to breed the cat in a responsible way and only in exotic/persian to exotic/persian breeding programme. The cat is not to be used for any outcrosses in any new or current breed.
• Carebear new owners agrees to uphold the kittens wellbeing ie. to provide ample food and water, suitable housing, excercise and upkeep of vaccinations ect.
• Carebear kittens need a lot of love and care especially persians as they are high maintainence cats thats why we name our cattery Carebear :).
• Carebear kittens cannot be re-sold, rehomed, loaned, gifted, leased, traded, given away or sold to another person and strictly cannot be sold to a pet shop. If any problem arise later please discuss with me first.
• References are encourage for breeder and show quality kittens.
• We require a deposit to hold a kitten and its taken in good faith and are non-refundable. 
• Price depends on quality and pedigree of the kitten and does not include shipping and handling fees. 
• We reserved the right of refusal for any reserved cat/kitten on this website without explaination if we feel it for the best.
• We breed from only PKD negative lines. Copy of parents PKD status will be provided to breeding cats.
• We cannot guarantee a show success of our kittens as it depends on the owners effort as well with proper grooming and care.
• Please note: The reason I do these is to protect my kittens welfare as they are very precious to me.
• I do welcome all enquiries and will provide help and advice to new owners :).

KITTENS CLASSIFICATIONS

Pet Quality Kittens: 

Pet quality kittens in no way means that the kitten is less healthy or less desirable to own. These kittens are in perfect health, have great temparements and does make a perfect companion. Although they might have some minor cosmetic flaw or a less extremme flattened face may make this kittens unsuitable for show ring, they are still ideal household pedigree companion. Pet quality kittens are sold with a neuter/spay agreement and without breeding right and have to be neutered by 8 months old. No Exeptions! Registration and pedigree are available only after proof of neutering/spaying is provided by the new owners vet. Our pet quality kittens are priced at USD$450.

Show Neuter Kittens:

Show Neuter Kittens is a show quality kitten that are sold for show competition only but not for breeding. There are no breeding rights and the new owners have to sign a neuter/spay agreement that the kittens will be neutered by 8 months old. No Exeptions! Registration and pedigree will be retain until proof of neutering by the new owners' veterinary surgeon has been received. Our show neuter kittens are priced at USD$750.

Breeder Kittens: 

Breeder quality kittens are sold with superb pedigree and have the potential to reproduce show quality offspring. They may have slight flaws that make them unsuitable in the show rings. Our breeder kittens are priced between USD$800 to $1000.

High Breeder/Show Kittens:

High breeder/show quality kittens are sold with superb pedigrees to have the potential to reproduce show quality offspring. With proper grooming and care they could be exhibited at any sanctioned cat show. Our high breeder/show kittens are priced between USD$1100 to $1,500.

Show Kittens:

Our show kittens are sold with superb pedigrees and the potential to reproduce top show quality kittens. With proper grooming and care, our show kittens could be exhibited at any sanctioned cat show with the possibility of becoming a grand champion or even better. No one can "guarantee" a grand champion ... but this kitten shows that potential! Our show kittens are priced between USD$1,600 and $2,500.
