This routine is inspired by Hofzinser's Royal Marriages plot. It is a three-phase routine coupled with other interesting plots.

I came up this routine in 2009. As usual, packet tricks appeal to me a lot and this leads me to come up this version of Royal Marriages. At that time, it has 5 phases which I thought the routine was too lengthy.

I realised that the audience feels bored after many attempts of showing the splitting and matching of the packets. In addition, I also realised that too many phases actually cluttered the mind of the audience. So, I narrowed down this routine to three phases that is much easier to comprehend and follow.

I remember fondly the first time I learned the Do-As-I-Do effect in a beginner card magic book since I was 9 years old. I was very excited at that time because I feel the routine plays well to any lay audience.

I am sure most readers would familiar with this basic routine where a few cards are involved and the spectator is asked to follow the magician's instruction such as turning and flipping a number of cards in the packet. However, if you don't, I have added an extra something to enhance this plot further and of course, everything can be given out for examination. This is done with a regular deck.

Finally, we almost reach the end of the year and Christmas is around the corner. This month, I decided to release a pet routine of mine which I regard it highly and has been in my repertoire for years.

Basically, this effect is inspired by Jack Parker's "Court Jesters" and I have added a few plots to enhance the effect with a final kicker. This routine is quite challenging because I assume you have the experiece or skills in handling cards.

This is one of my all-time favourite routines that I use regularly in my current close-up performance. This routine is inspired by the Biddle Trick with a bizarre twist!

This is not the ordinary Biddle Trick that you have read or performed for years. You need a special gaff card in performance.

The strength of this routine is that the gaffed card serves as an effect and can be handed out for examination or as a souvenir.

This routine is inspired by Roy Walton's "The Overworked Card" and can be done in a walkaround situation.

I offer additional three versions that include the elements of Dai Vernon's "Triumph" as well as other interesting revelations on the spectators' selections.

All the routines described can be done with a regular or borrowed deck and best of all, you can hand out the deck for examination. No advance set up or gimmicked cards involved.

I came up this effect while I was toying around with a few versions of "B'Wave" and in my version, this is a pure sleight-of-hand approach and there's no equivoque or prediction.

I put more emphasis on pure card transposition between two packets and a series of magical occurences. In other words, this means that my handling is not related to "B'Wave" at all.
