If only my breath diddent still in my throat whenever I was afraid,

If only my heart never skipped a beat at the mere thought of you, or the mention of your name,

If only my heart wasent broken, maybe I could see the light,

If only kindness was more cruel, then reality wouldent bite,

If only I diddent dream of your face as often,

If only I diddent wake in the middle of the night and cry out your name...
