From the sludge of the American Grindhouse, to the bootlegs shared amongst friends, to that one lost gem you found in your local mom and pop store, a love for trashy, tasteless, sleazy cinema exists, and has existed for generations. The lists of film series and sub-genres to branch from the horror and exploitation scene seem to be endless, and still to this day fans can be found sharing their love for this kind of cinema. But even with all this attention one genre seems to always be left out, sure people make reference to a few of its films, but the genre as a whole seems to have become lost with all the other short lived genres of its time. That genre is the Italian-Cannibal-Film.
That is why we are here. Cannibal Film Fanatics exists as a way to pay tribute to a genre that appears to be unknown to most.
