This is the first police dept. I've seen that had its own website. Its a very nice and informative sight, with a lot of good pictures.

I would like to express our sincere thanks to all local agencies who assisted with Chief Kellems end of watch ceremonies. You helped us send a brother home with style. Thank you goes to all who worked vigil guard duty over Chief. I am proud to say that we kept a 24 hour constant vigil over him until burial. He would be proud of that. Special thanks goes to the "Amos" family for EVERYTHING you've done for us over the past few days. Everyone has been so helpful and friendly and that's what makes this place such a wonderful place to live and call home. Keep the Kellems family and our department in your prayers.

Cannelton PD, I'm very sorry for your loss. All of you should take comfort in knowing an angel is watching over you. Your Department has came a long way in the past several years and Chief Kellems played a huge role in that. You guys have a department thats officers work well with each other and you have created a brotherhood between the members of your department. That and memories will help you all look to the future but still remember the past.

Camp with a Cop 2008! What a time. I didn't get to see alot of the camp this year, as most know. However, what I did see I was very proud of. The officers and volunteers did a great job of putting everything together and making this a great camp. The kids were also great and I hope they took something from ths experience and come back next year. I believe this is a great experience, WELL DONE!wink
