Candy Re-Union Possibility?
After the careers of many of the famous Candy players have seemed to have hit a major stumbling block, it seems as though the speculation could be correct in that there may be a Roch Re-Union! Although the boys are obviously no longer eligible to represent the Roch in schools football it seems as though Joe Murphy is trying to pursuade a number of ex stars to return and play for St. Roch's BC. If you are an ex Roch star or a footballer from the Glasgow region please leave your details in the guestbook and we will get back to you!

Candy Tribute!
After a fantastic five years playing with the Roch, veterans Joe Murphy, Paul O'Donnell and Joseph Gordon have finally hung up their 'Candy' boots. Throughout their term in the Candy team all three boys have captained the side to great success. The three lads have been known over the past 4 years as the 'backbone of the team', each individual having played in numerous diferent positions and are most notably known for lifting the Glasgow Cup in 1999. Even thought their final match came with defeat, this was something they were not used to as 'winning' seemed to come natural when these lads played! 'Trying to fill their postions will be the hardest job in the Roch history' claimed ex Roch superstar and Greencok Morton stopper John Stark
