Hello,

My name is Jennifer Brooke Williams and I am the owner  of Candid Image.   I am 30

years old and run my business from Hodgenville KY.  I began my love of photography

16 years ago, when my oldest niece Kayla was born.  I loved snapping her picture as she

began to grow, and  when my second niece Brianna was born 2 years later, my love

for photography continued to flourish.   My first darkroom and studio experience began

when I  was a high school student.  Graphic Arts introduced me to black and white

photography.    It was then that I learned the basics of the darkroom and 35mm

SLR photography.  Out of high school, I attended Elizabethtown Community College

where I started on a business management degree.  Over 3 semesters I realized I wasn't

happy with school and decided to take some time off.  I then began a new job at Staples

as a Business Services Lead  and went on to complete their business management program.  

As time went on  I decided to find a job where my schedule was more consistent, so

that I could return to school.  I worked at a local family owned pharmacy for 4 years

and completed a Photography Degree from a private school . 

 

Even though it has taken me longer to get here, I am so glad that I did not pursue a

career in business management alone, because it is not my life's passion.   My life's

passion is capturing  life itself and moments on film.  It is still amazing to me how

images are reflected onto film through the passage of light.  That’s why I believe that

when you are fascinated with something you are always striving to learn more and

do better. 

 

As a Professional Photographer I will always strive to make great photos for  you on
