I wanted to inform those who came by this site of mine what the intended purposed for it was. Initially when I started putting the site together a number of months ago, it was about telling my story, sharing my writings and informing my readers about my the happenings with my books. But in the last few months, my reason for not only building this website but maintaining it has changed somewhat. As a survivor of years of abuse, I wanted to assist others who are or have been in situations like mine. That is why I provide a list of nation wide contact numbers and addresses for abuse organizations, suicide hotlines and other resources to reach out to in a time of need. It is important to realize that even though it may seem that darkness has covered your world, as it did mine-there is always light coming from somewhere in your world. These hotlines and organizations are there to help and bring you out of that darkness. I am finding that the darkness I was in for so many years is fading away with help & time-as can you.

Secondly, I have listed a number of webrings on this site that I am a proudly a member of. Many of these webrings deal with abuse, mental health issuses(such as depression and ptsd-both which I have), and becoming a survivor. These webrings bring together such wonderful people who deal with the same issues as myself, and many others, all the while providing much information to the outside webworld regarding these issues. All of the webrings I belong to offer a community of support and acceptance like I have never found before and I am honored to be a part of that. 

It is this webmasters main purpose to provide information on abuse related organizations and related agencies so that those seeking assistance might find it. After this main purpose, it is the webmasters pupose to share her personal story, samples of her writings and other information deemed interesting.
