This is the personal website of Author Candice M. Martin. You will find samples of my writings, the latest news about my books, information of fellow authors and much more! For those of you who are familuar with my work, you know that I have been promising you another book. "Petals of Life: A Survivors Writings" and "Reflections In My Tears" came out in 2006 and were both personal collections of poetry. Since that time I have been working on something many of you may not be expecting. I am pleased to inform you today that I have signed contract on my third book, entitled "The Box".
"In this book, I step away from my poetry background
and into the world of fiction, delving deeply into the
world of child abuse and its after affect, from a mans
perspective. My main character, Bradley, is forced to now deal
with everything that his mother and abuser, left him
when she suddenly died. He must go back home and uncover
secrets long ago buried and along the way he finds
things he never thought he would.
It is a mind chilling and insightful look into happens
behind closed doors."
