I am sure that many of you parents and teens both are wondering how to get to the campground. For those that are driving to the camp I will send you directions from where you are coming from so it will actually be pretty simple.
For those of you that are putting your teen on a flight that works too. The airport that you will need to fly your teen into is Tulsa Regional Airport in Tulsa, Oklahoma. I am asking that you try and get an arrival time between 8 am - 3 pm. The kids will be go by shuttle bus escorted by my husband and I and be transported to the campground. I will also need for you to e-mail me a copy of your child's itenerary so that I know when to expect them and on what flight as well as return. FOR FAMILIES THAT MAY NEED TRAVEL ASSISTANCE, PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR LOCAL CHAPTERS IN REGARDS TO SPONSORSHIP. WE HAVE HAD MANY CHAPTERS JOIN US IN THIS EFFORT TO MAKE THIS PROGRAM AS ACCESSIBLE AS POSSIBLE.
