| All adoptions must be in same sex pairs, trio's or more.., unless you have a rat at home now to house the new babies with. Rats are colony animals and cannot survive alone. |
Adoption is on a 1st come 1st serve basis. Please read my prices page for a simple break down of pricing. All babies must be picked up the week they are ready. | Available hours to pick up babies are: M - Thurs 4:30p - 6:30p Saturdays 11:30a - 2:30p Sundays 1:00p - 2:30p I am not available on Friday's! By appointment only | Remember that all holds must be done following the down payment procedure. If you do not send the down payment on time we will not hold the rat for you. |

If you are looking for feeder animals please go to a pet shop. We realize that reptiles need to eat too, but not our loving babies. We do not sell to pet shops. We only adopt to pre-screened independent adopters.
