Navigating the Insurance Maze

For many parents/caregivers, knowing how to use their health insurance to get the treatments/ therapies their children (adults too) need is very challenging. How do you get ABA? Additional Speech and OT, and get it funded through your insurance so you don't have to pay out of pocket? What if you have an HMO? What do all those codes mean? How do you write great appeal letters for services denied? Here is a website devoted to this entire issue:

http://www.insurancehelpforautism.com/index.html

There are ways to make the system work for you. This website is designed to help parents learn to navigate the healthcare system to get the care their children need.
