Caldania: Lands of Freedom

Introduction

Welcome, traveler, and sit here, by the fireplace. The story I'll tell you is perhaps not that can be told fully, even if we had all the time in the world, but I shall tell you as much as I know. I can see from your clothing that you just have arrived here to Caldania, so you by no doubt would like to hear a story about this realm.  Oh. You don't. Fine, but I'll tell you anyway.

The story of Caldania begins in the dawn of time, when the four gods,- Oh, for Teia's sake, listen! Alright, I'll skip to the interesting part. Caldania is an unique world. It houses the Temple of Teia, home of the Goddess of Justice. Since we live so close to the borders of Nigalir, the nearest realm that belongs to the Wickedness, we take watch upon the creatures of darkness that sometimes step in, like the Wicked Elves, vicious beings that should never be trust- Oh. I see. Nevermind. Well, we don't have any prejudices about your kin. But I'll be off to bed now. Meet you tomorrow, traveler. May the will of the gods be with you.
