THE SCA AND THE SHIRE OF CALANAIS NUADH WELCOME YOU TO
THE CURRENT MIDDLE AGES
The Society for Creative Anachronism, SCA, for short, is a historical research and re-enactment organization for people just like you, who get together to re-create the best aspects of the Middle Ages between the years 600 A.D. - 1600 A.D. We dance, sing, sword fight, make armor, study medieval arts and sciences, and shoot archery! And that's just the beginning! You can find a complete explanation at the Society for Creative Anachronism website.
