Baking and cake decorating are my passion. I have been doing it ever since I can remember. I take great pride in baking cakes that are delicious, and decorating them to bring delight to their recipient. Cake it up a Notch is my way of expressing and sharing my passion for the art of cake decorating. I am willing to meet with anyone interested in a cake, be it for a birthday, wedding, anniversary, shower, whatever. I enjoy coming up with different ideas that make the cake just right for the occasion/theme. Every cake, cupake and cookie is baked fresh, using quality ingredients. The same can be said for the frosting. It is all custom made just for you!
All the decorations on the cakes on this site were also handmade out of fondant or gumpaste. If you would prefer to come up with your own arrangement on your own cake, you may place custom orders of any of these decorations to fit your color scheme.
