Choosing the person who will make your wedding cake is a difficult decision.  There are so many things to consider, including price, taste, and of course how it looks.  Thank you for considering me in your search. 

  I have been making cakes for 7 years.  I have been published in American Cake Decorating Magazine, an international publication for this field.  I was awarded first place in the Uintah County Fair in 2006, 2007 and 2008, where I also won the Wilton Best in Class Award each year.  I was also honored to recieve the Peoples Choice Award in 2008.  I am experienced in many different techniques and am always learning and expanding my abilities.  Whatever you may be looking for, I will work with you to design the perfect cake for you.  I am located in Vernal and serve here as well as the Roosevelt and Duchesne areas in Utah.  In addition to wedding cakes I can also make grooms' cakes, anniversary, birthday, and any special occasion cake. 

Each cake is made fresh by order only, not frozen, and my delicious cakes and icings are made from scratch.  Large bakeries may not have the time to pay close attention to detail and to help you design a unique cake for your event.  They also may not have decorators trained to do work in fondant and other specialized techniques and your choice of designs may be limited.  Because I am an independent cake decorator, I have the time and flexibility to give you and your cake the attention you deserve.  Use your imagination and the design possibilities are endless!
